FAQ's

These are the questions I get asked the most, but please feel free to email me with any other questions you might have! Readers beware, there are SPOILERS below.  Please proceed with caution and enjoy!

Q:

Where did you get the idea for Soothsayer?

A:

It all started with Violet.  She had been a character in my head for many years, but I could never find the right story for her.  Around the time that I decided to start fleshing out Violet's character and her world, I was introduced to, Morte d'Arthur by Thomas Malory, which goes into detail about the legends of King Arthur, Merlin and the knights of the round table.  I am also an avid reader of fantasy and paranormal novels, so I knew I wanted to do something with magic.  When I put the Arthurian legends and magic along side Violet, everything started to click and her story really began to take off.

How many books will there be in the Soothsayer series?

I have three books and three novella's planned in the Soothsayer series at the moment.  And I also, plan to write at least one book with William and Constance.  Their story will take place in the same magical world as Soothsayer, but it will be told from Williams POV in the late 1700's.
